Policy
Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
We kindly ask our patients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment.
For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, or in the event of a no-show, a fee of HUF 15,000 will be charged for every 30 minutes of reserved appointment time.
Following a late cancellation or no-show, any future appointments can be booked with advance payment only.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In the case of a late cancellation, we are usually unable to offer this time to another patient at such short notice.
We would like to avoid any inconvenience arising from late cancellations. We therefore kindly ask that we respect each other’s time and inform one another as early as possible if circumstances change.

Appointments can be booked by phone only.
Alternatively, please fill out the form available in several places on our website, providing your name, contact details, and the desired service—our staff will call you back using the information you provide.
We do not provide individual treatment advice or price quotes by email. Our doctors spend most of their time treating patients, and out of respect for their private time, answering emails is not part of their professional duties.
An accurate price quote cannot be given without an examination. Based on our experience, an in-person consultation may reveal that additional treatments are necessary, or that certain treatments are not needed at all.
Our website provides indicative prices, but a personalized treatment plan and accurate quote require a personal consultation and examination.
The first in-person consultation costs 15.000 HUF.
During the consultation, a full examination is carried out, including diagnosis and, in simpler cases, preparation of a treatment plan.
For your first appointment, we kindly ask you to bring or send us, if possible, the following:
- Any previous dental records, treatment notes, or reports.
- Any panoramic X-rays or CT scans you may have.
- A summary of your current and past medical conditions.
- Information about any known allergies, including medication allergies.
- A list of any medications you are currently taking.
These documents and information will help us better understand your medical and dental history and allow us to prepare the most appropriate treatment plan for you.
We want to provide every patient with calm and attentive care, so treatment at our clinic is by appointment only. This helps avoid long waiting times and allows us to set aside enough time for you. Please call us to arrange an appointment or request a call back through our website – our team will be happy to help. A call-back request does not reserve an appointment; we will arrange the date and time with you by phone.
At the first visit, we provide a consultation only.
The reason is that treatment times can vary greatly—the same procedure may take half an hour or, in some cases, up to three hours depending on the problem to be addressed.
This cannot be accurately determined in advance, so it is not logistically feasible to perform treatment during the consultation.
This approach ensures that every patient receives sufficient time and our full attention.
Our clinic specializes in pre-scheduled treatments, so unfortunately we cannot provide emergency care.
In urgent cases, we recommend contacting a dental practice that offers immediate treatment.
For our own active patients—those already under treatment with us—we naturally provide care for urgent cases as needed.
Fortunately, such situations are rare, occurring only a few times per year on average.
If you think you won’t be able to arrive on time, please notify us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to be flexible, but in case of a significant delay we may need to reschedule to ensure uninterrupted care for other patients.
Please note that repeated lateness may result in us being unable to continue your treatment.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to offer the freed time slot to another patient.

Every treatment is preceded by a personal consultation, during which we get an accurate picture of your dental condition and create an individual treatment plan. We respect diagnoses from other clinics, but we base our work solely on our own examinations to ensure the safest and most effective solution.
