The first in-person consultation costs 25 EUR.

During the consultation, a full examination is carried out, including diagnosis and, in simpler cases, preparation of a treatment plan.

For an accurate assessment, a recent panoramic X-ray (no older than one year) is essential.

If you don’t yet have one, you can conveniently have it taken at VIP Dental X-ray and 3D-CBCT Center.

Please mention that you are coming to Potidental—in this case, the image will be sent to us automatically.

The fee for the X-ray (as of October 2024) is 7,800 Ft.

This way, long waiting times can be avoided and we can guarantee enough time for you.

At the first visit, we provide a consultation only.

The reason is that treatment times can vary greatly—the same procedure may take half an hour or, in some cases, up to three hours depending on the problem to be addressed.

This cannot be accurately determined in advance, so it is not logistically feasible to perform treatment during the consultation.

This approach ensures that every patient receives sufficient time and our full attention.

Our clinic specializes in pre-scheduled treatments, so unfortunately we cannot provide emergency care.

In urgent cases, we recommend contacting a dental practice that offers immediate treatment.

For our own active patients—those already under treatment with us—we naturally provide care for urgent cases as needed.

Fortunately, such situations are rare, occurring only a few times per year on average.

If you think you won’t be able to arrive on time, please notify us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to be flexible, but in case of a significant delay we may need to reschedule to ensure uninterrupted care for other patients.

Please note that repeated lateness may result in us being unable to continue your treatment.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

This allows us to offer the freed time slot to another patient.
